I have had Charter Communications for 2 years. I have internet and home phone service. I have been very happy with the internet, the service is always available and always fast. The home phone has been unavailable a few times over the past 2 years. Overall, the service is great. However, I have not been pleased with their customer service. I had a problem, unrelated to service connection, and they were very slow to resolve.

Overall our experience with Charter VOIP has been super! For the price, we are extremely happy with it. We work from home, so it was extremely important for us to find a product that really met our needs!

I had Charter VOIP for 1 year. I had home phone and internet. I am not sure if it was the area I lived in or their service, but my home phone did not work alot of times. I did not have a cell at the time so I had to go to a payphone and get the problem resolved. The internet service was great. The customer service was good too, but it was not good enough to keep me as a customer.
