I had home phone and internet. I am not sure if it was the area I lived in or their service, but my home phone did not work alot of times. I did not have a cell at the time so I had to go to a payphone and get the problem resolved. The internet service was great. I have internet and home phone service. I have been very happy with the internet, the service is always available and always fast. The home phone has been unavailable a few times over the past 2 years. Overall, the service is great. However, I have not been pleased with their customer service.
