Plans & Pricing 

Vonage offers three pricing plans for its communications tools. They’re calculated per month per line.

Basic: $17.99

This plan includes the Vonage apps and APP Center, unlimited calls and SMS, and unlimited team messaging. 

Premium: $27.99 

This plan includes everything in the Basic plan, plus unlimited meetings for up to 100 attendees, auto attendant features, integration with CRM, and IP desk phone. 

Advanced: $37.99

Everything in the Premium plan is included in this package. It also offers 15 hours of on-demand call recordings, call group, and visual voicemail. 

These pricing plans are only available for companies with up to 100 employees. If your business employs more people, you need to contact the sales department for a quote. 

Features

Vonage offers an extensive range of communication solutions including phone, messaging, SMS, video conferencing, all available via the VBC app you can use both on your mobile or desktop. The Vonage communications suite boasts over 50 features. Some are standard, others are add-ons.

Phone

Vonage supports local, international, and toll-free or 1-8000 numbers, and offers a virtual receptionist. It helps you professionally manage callers by routing them to the right department or using the call queue feature. Both inbound and outbound calls are automatically recorded so you don’t risk missing anything. Calls can also be forwarded to different extensions via Call Groups. You can manage up to 50 calls at once via the Receptionist Console. 

Business Inbox

This feature allows you to capture various customer communications in a single place. The inbox will host your SMS, MMS, and Facebook messages. The integration with Facebook allows you to reply directly from your Inbox. 

Desktop & Mobile App

The VBC desktop app enables you to take phone calls, manage team messaging and your business inbox, or jump on a video conference from any laptop or desktop. The app is compatible with Mac or Windows. CRM integrations are also available.

The mobile app offers access to the same functions and features and it is available both on Android and iOS. You can use it for video meetings, to send or receive text messages, share files, play or read voicemails. It is compatible with a wide range of apps and synchronized with the desktop Vonage app. 

Video Conference 

Vonage provides a secure and intuitive video conferencing solution via its VBC apps. It’s called Vonage Meetings and works on Android, Windows, and iOS. This solution supports up to 200 attendants. Some of its features include video thumbnails, speaker view, roundtable & watch together options, waiting rooms, Be Right Back signals, a whiteboard for up to 20 participants, chat, and more. 

Cloud Contact Center

The Vonage Contact Center (VCC) product is a cloud contact center software with an integrated CRM. It aims to help businesses streamline their customer service and manage their customer base easier. This flexible solution is compatible with any telephony provider and integrates with Salesforce. 

                     

Customer Support

Vonage offers support via its help center. Each product has a different support area and lots of topics and resources. You can call the company at 1-866-901-0242 Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 12 AM or at the weekend from 9 AM to 9 PM. Live chat support is also available, as well as a community of users. 

Security

Vonage solutions boast a huge array of features, but the company doesn’t quite highlight how it secures its products. Nonetheless, it mentions it uses different security measures. Plus, it has different compliance certificates such as ISO 27001, GDPR, or ISO 27001. 

App Support & Integrations

Vonage offers dozens of integrations with third-party services via its mobile and desktop applications. It is particularly useful for businesses that want to manage their CRM and business communications in one place via the Vonage app. Vonage provides CRM metrics and reporting tools that tap into your call history, volume, and usage information. The integration with Salesforce is seamless. Moreover, this cloud phone system also integrates with different business collaboration, customer engagement, and marketing tools. Some examples include HubSpot, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, Microsoft Dynamics, Slack, Surfly, Unytalk, Apptivo Invoices, Authvia, Bullhorn, and JobDiva. Some integrations are free, others come with an extra fee.
